The service department at this location is not customer oriented. Hyundai's warranty once was a legitimate reason to consider their line of vehicles in comparison to others with higher price ranges This service center negates the warranty services with incredibly long repair times, lack of loaner vehicles, and general lack of compassion of the customer's satisfaction.

Although I ultimately didn’t move forward with a purchase, I had a really great experience working with Kyle and Jordan. They were both incredibly helpful, professional, and genuinely outstanding salesmen. I have a been working with Tim in the Service Department for the past two years who has been so much patient with me. I have had several encounters with service advisories and so glad Tim was my chosen one. If you want a detail explanation of your service orders, better understanding of what repairs were or being made TIM, he's your guy. I have the worst luck Hyundai vehicle and wish they would let me be the test drivers for them. I would also like to congratulate Tim on his promotion to Service Manager.

I had searched for a specific color combination of Genesis GV70, and when I found it online at Stivers I inquired. Within minutes I had a response from Jacob Kennedy. He sent me a quote which was a great deal and I visited the dealership a couple of days later. Jacob was very knowledgeable about all the trim levels and patient, spending hours with us. Absolutely no pressure to buy, just helping us look and narrow down choices. Once we saw and drove the GV 80 we were hooked. He gave us an excellent deal, the experience was pleasant, easy, low key and Jacob was a great guy to deal with. So I called on the way up there and told them what I was looking for … when I called I got linked with IKE!!! He had only one car with a moon roof but the car was pretty nice so we decided to get it! Ike was happy we decided to get the car and told me it would be cleaned inside out and be ready in the am !!! As we go inside we hit Ike with the we was already pre approved from our bank !! Once we told them that the whole atmosphere changed!!! They tried to get 3 other people to convince us to finance with them at the dealership!!! We declined !!! So we stepped bk in the finance office and got the paper we needed for the bank the next morning !!! So the next morning we are at the bank getting the check and the paper from the dealership wasn’t filled out correctly!! I finally got ahold of Ike and he hung up in my face 3 times !! The finance guy at the bank sat right there beside me as I had Ike on speaker phone !! He was trying to take picture of pictures and doing everything unprofessionally!!!! So finally once we got the dealership to send the correct paper work I get up there my car had t been touched!! Still dirty on the outside & inside!!! Remind you I JUST BOUGHT A $32,000 car‼️‼️‼️ I even mentioned to Ike my car want washed or cleaned that there’s dirt on the Mats!! I bought a Tuscon from Stivers in mid February 2026 and posted a very good review of the buying experience. I received a recall notice and several weeks ago made an appointment to have the work done, which the recall notice indicated would take about 30 minutes. When I showed up for my appointment the waiting room was literally a zoo. People were waiting everywhere and there was no parking near the service area. I was told that the wait would be 3 hours despite my appointment. I decided to leave and reschedule. I made an appointment for today and went with some trepidation based on my first experience with Stivers service. I was amazed, rather taken aback at the difference in atmosphere from my first visit. I found a quiet, orderly waiting area with quick and courteous service upon entry. It was such a contrast from my first visit that I asked the service representative what had happened. He said they had hired a new service manager, Donnie Stinson, and it has made all the difference. Kudos to Stivers for recognizing and fixing a problem. Really, a dealer is only as good as its service to you long term. I am now very hopeful that my purchase at Stivers was a good decision.

Thomas was knowledgeable, patient, and genuinely focused on helping us find the right fit rather than making a sale. He answered every question thoroughly, never made us feel pressured, and was a pleasure to work with from start to finish. Carl, the sales manager, was equally outstanding. He was professional, transparent, and incredibly kind. It was clear that he cared more about building trust and treating people well than simply closing a deal. We left without buying a car, but we also left with a tremendous amount of respect for both of them and their dealership. I was supposed to be driving home to Virginia and I had a busted radiator hose leak. I came in first thing Monday morning and they drove me to and from my hotel and had my car back in a timely manner. They were also just very very nice and they never made me feel like they were taking advantage of me like a lot of dealerships try to do. If I was local, this experience would have made me buy a car from them in the future. (The car being serviced was my moms)

Mr. Ike is an amazing car salesman. He made my experience as a first time car buyer very enjoyable. He was very kind, knowledgeable and very thorough in explaining the aspects of the car and the deal. I’m extremely happy with my experience and I’ll definitely be recommending him to my friends and family!

I purchased my 2023 Hyundai Palisade three years ago this month June. I have taken my vehicle to this dealership for several issues and regular maintenance. I have discussed with the service manager Richard Koellner and the service technicians several (due to the turnover rate) that I have been feeling a shudder (a knocking sound and a jerking feeling) when turning, since around 15,000 miles. I was told that issue would go away around 25,000-35,000 miles mark. Later for the dealership to tell me I needed some type of fluids added to my tires, which didn't help. I have had since had a bracket assembly roll rod and an engine mount replaced. I have been told that I had differential issues that supposedly was fixed. I have spoken to Hyundai Consumer which is like a middle person which was a complete waste of my time. I have meet with the General Manager Cliff Tanner and the Service Manager Richard which we discussed my ongoing issues that have yet to be resolved. I would call the Richard and leave messages to contact me back with the technicians and voicemails no returned call. I have contacted Cliff on a his mobile, instead of him calling me back he would ask Richard to call me back. It has been discovered that I have a transmission issue. That Hyundai has yet to approve. Since I have meet with the two managers the ongoing issue is still going on, to note that I was just at the dealership Thursday June 11, 2026, to speak with Richard and Cliff. Cliff was out of the office, and Richard contacted the Warranty person Marcin Jean, right before I was walked to his office to tell me that Hyundai has not approved for my transmission to be replaced. I left a voicemail message for Cliff on his mobile to call me back and advised that I was at the dealership Thursday and mentioned what Richard and I discussed, when the three of us met, no return call yet. To this date June 17, 2026, my vehicle has been with this dealership since March 17, 2026, no update or contact from the General Manager or the Service Manager. To speak with John Stivers, it's an active of congress so I'm here reach pass the start to have John Stivers the Dealer Principal to contact this 2023 Palisade owner to resolve this major issue. As an avid automotive enthusiast I have purchased some 27 vehicles from various dealers over the course of the years. On my way home, driving by the new dealership, a vehicle caught my eye. The options on the vehicle immediately set off my spidey senses and once home I dug into it a little more. Being after hours I was not expecting a response until the next day. As an avid automotive enthusiast I have purchased some 27 vehicles from various dealers over the course of the years. On my way home, driving by the new dealership, a vehicle caught my eye. The options on the vehicle immediately set off my spidey senses and once home I dug into it a little more. Being after hours I was not expecting a response until the next day. Louis Ukata, not only responded, but continued conversing up until an hour and a half after their closing. The next morning, I levied upon him the task of figuring out a value of a quite unique trade in that every other dealer in town was scared to value, and quickly got a response that was quite acceptable. I came down in person, and within the course of an hour I was leaving with the new vehicle and a full tank of gas! Greatest experience I’ve had at a dealership, thank you once again!

I swear I saw this guy every 15 minutes on the dot, and I was starting to anticipate the arrival, Even when he was walking by he would make be feel included by stating small updates like "Checking it now!" and "Be right back!". I just completed a purchase of a Hyundai Palisade 2026 this past weekend. I started communicating with Rico Hurley about 2 weeks ago because my local dealer wasn't able to get to a price that I felt was good. Rico and I were able to come to a price that I felt good about pretty much right off the bat. Because I don't live locally, I had to communicate via phone rather than come into the dealership. Had a 9 am appointment to have my wife’s vehicle serviced and warranty work done. The vehicle was taken back at 9:40am. They worked of the vehicle for 2 hours while I waited. Not once was I given an update from my service advisor, seen other folks waiting being updated on their vehicle status. Told my service advisor about a trim piece that was broken prior to handing him the keys. He said he couldn’t do anything for me, I told him that I spoke to Matt Johnson beforehand and if the service advisor had any issues to call him. After my vehicle was done I asked if the trim piece was fixed and the service advisor stated it was out of his hands. I took the vehicle back over to see Matt who was extremely busy but found the time to fix the trim piece. Thank you Matt Johnson for going above and beyond to take care of the issue. Needless to say if it wasn’t for Matt Johnson the service department would have received a 2 star rating. It’s a 40 minute drive for me one way and I’m grateful for Matt for getting the clip to secure the trim piece without me having to bring the vehicle back another day.
