The first guy approached me at my vehicle with the best attitude in the world, He made me laugh and just really made me feel welcome as if I was his brother. I swear I saw this guy every 15 minutes on the dot, and I was starting to anticipate the arrival, Even when he was walking by he would make be feel included by stating small updates like "Checking it now!" and "Be right back!". Even after checking out they washed my car for me and everything! If you're in need to get your car fixed Tim and Rich are the managers you need to see! They are incredible. PERIOD. follow up note... I just completed a purchase of a Hyundai Palisade 2026 this past weekend. I started communicating with Rico Hurley about 2 weeks ago because my local dealer wasn't able to get to a price that I felt was good. Rico and I were able to come to a price that I felt good about pretty much right off the bat. Because I don't live locally, I had to communicate via phone rather than come into the dealership. I appreciated that they understood I was a serious buyer but needed to do alot of the legwork via phone/text. Had a 9 am appointment to have my wife’s vehicle serviced and warranty work done. The vehicle was taken back at 9:40am. They worked of the vehicle for 2 hours while I waited. Not once was I given an update from my service advisor, seen other folks waiting being updated on their vehicle status. Told my service advisor about a trim piece that was broken prior to handing him the keys. He said he couldn’t do anything for me, I told him that I spoke to Matt Johnson beforehand and if the service advisor had any issues to call him. After my vehicle was done I asked if the trim piece was fixed and the service advisor stated it was out of his hands. I took the vehicle back over to see Matt who was extremely busy but found the time to fix the trim piece. Thank you Matt Johnson for going above and beyond to take care of the issue. Needless to say if it wasn’t for Matt Johnson the service department would have received a 2 star rating. It’s a 40 minute drive for me one way and I’m grateful for Matt for getting the clip to secure the trim piece without me having to bring the vehicle back another day. New car purchase-We were able to handle everything online except the final paperwork, which Dameion Simon, made the entire process smooth and seamless. Dameion was very professional and knowledgeable. He was able to answer all of questions and address any concerns.
